Mining Enchantment

I think this mining enchantment would be a big help for a lot of people who love mining in caves or making their own makeshift caves this enchantment would be added to your pickaxe or your shovel and it would allow you to mine a 2x2,3x3,4x4,5x5 Area and the way the it would work when you enchant at the enchantment table there are 5 tears first one would be 2x2 mining and tear two would be 3x3 and so on I think the enchantment should be called mining enhancement this enchantment would add a lot to Minecraft and make the mining process less painful in the end game.

  This breaks one of Jeb's design guidelines, that is: "One block at a time". Enchantment are also not really end game parts of Minecraft. You can even get treasure enchantments like Mending within the first few hours of playing if you just go fishing.

  Do you mean tier? Also how would a 2x2 work? This idea kind of lame
