New Status Effect: Paralysis! 

In the last updates we have not had new status effects, this status effect would make the game much more challenging at certain times.

My idea would be that this status effect makes the players unable to move or perform any basic actions such as chopping, eating, attacking, etc.

This effect could be applied to the player (or entities) in the following ways:

- Being in contact with a fully inflated puffer fish or eating puffer fish meat, the puffer fish in addition to giving you the poison effect will give you paralysis, this to make minecraft more realistic

- Look for a long time at a glow squid, this to give a new function to the glow squid as seen in the trailer of the mob vote in minecraft live 2020

- That there is a small probability that when a cave spider bites you, it will not give you poison but paralysis

Adding this new effect to the game would give minecraft even more difficulty and more realism.

    Love this. It seems like mining fatigue but broadened to more tasks. This is just the way to give glow squids more character.

    This is what I was thinking of!! It would be incredible to have this effect. Also witches should throw paralysis potions, or maybe a new mob should be introduced into the game. This idea could also help introducing the illusioner into the game, he could maybe hypnotize you to give you the effect, or even control some of your movements.
