Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Chitin and Amber Blocks?

Purpose; To obtain Chitin you have to smelt Amber blocks down to obtain the chitin. How to obtain; To Find amber you could find it in levels of 20y and -30y and only comes in veins of 1 Looks; It looks like a Honey block but darker in the middle and lighter around the edges uses; Chitin could be used for various crafting recipes, it could be used for temporary (Said # of hits) of Projectile protection when modified on armor, using a smithing table since it has only 2 uses (Villagers, and Netherite Upgrades), but it's an idea for the projectile protection could use others too?

    Enough chitin can be obtained from any arthropods, since they are all quite large. From chitin, you can make armor itself, a shield, not only improve the existing one, but your use of the smithing table is also worthy of implementation.
