Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Sugarbeets

Right now, beetroot isnt very useful. I think beetroot should be turned into sugar beets. These are a real thing, and a lot of sugar is produced in the real world this way. It would be much like sugar cane, except that it wouldnt make paper.

    Why not have both, but also give Sugarbeet more purpose then just another source for sugar, so yeah

    Well sugarbeets would also have all the other uses of beetroot (which granted isnt many) so it would be upgraded beetroot basically. Beetroot would be phased out.
