Waterlogged Lightning Rods Electrocution

In 20w11a, you can now waterlog Lightning Rods, however, when you are in the water it doesn't hurt or kill you. I recommend electrocuting any entities there are in the water nearby. It would be a mildly interesting thing to implement.

  Great idea! Could be useful for making farms.
