Time specific biomes

Time in minecraft has always been a countied thing. Without cheats, there are no areas for it to stay in a spefic place of go from say dusk to dawn then reset. So why not have some biomes that are time locked. Too diffrent time locked biomes may not be able to be next to eachother however. Along with seasonal biomes this could make biomss feel unquie

    :Countied"? What does that mean? Specific* not "spefic". To go* not "of go". Two different* not "Too diffrent". Biomes* not "biomss". I like the idea of biomes or sub-biomes changing based on season, time of day, and maybe even tides if they ever get added in order to reveal a myriad of hidden qualities. I am envisioning such things as flowers that only bloom under specific conditions, caves hidden by water level and plant life, or thorny bushes that die back from time to time to reveal spectacular natural gardens.
