Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Sawmill

Basically a stone cutter but for wood, because, to be honest, wood crafting recipes use WAY too much wood. I am still unsure about the crafting recipe, but it would be similar to the stonecutter

    Yes! Or just modify the stone cutter to be able to cut wood. Also the cutters should be able to damage mobs. You could make mob defenses with it or pvp bases.

    What will you do with it? The wood crafting recipes are already easy, like for example, the smoker only needs four logs. Really, the most a crafting recipe could ever use is 9 logs, and for stairs, you need 6 planks for four stairs, which for 6 planks you only need two logs, which can be mined in seconds. A lot of wood recipes need sticks, which are extremely easy to get, one log can give you 8 sticks. That can almost fill up all the space in a crafting table. The sawmill is not necessary.

    Interesting idea, the game would benefit from this, it will be more concise
