I think there should at least be one resource pack available for download from the marketplace or have it just built in. The official texture releases should also include rtx resources. For instance any of the mash up packs like Adventure Time, Halo, Jurassic Park, etc. Of they aren't going to add rtx resources that would be specific to the mash up packs they should at least allow for a rtx resource pack to be added onto the texture packs without either 1. losing many of the light sources such as campfires or lanterns glow effects or 2. You get all the rtx functions on a mash up pack but with out the custom mash up textures. In the beta you could put the rtx resource underneath a texture pack and still have the rtx features enabled on the mash up textures. Sometimes you would have some conflicting things like for insurance the jack o lantern on adventuretime would glow in the shape of a vanilla jack o lantern, but those instances were overall pretty minimal.
So if possible, add in rtx to official releases, or at least have a base rtx resource that can be applied to a standard texture without overiding the custom textures with vanilla textures.
