Only axe critical hits should disable shields

I don’t think it’s very balanced that you can just spam the axe and fully disable the shield. I think it makes sense that only an axe critical hit can disable shields.

    What if there was a shield enchantment that did that? Although it wouldn't be to much use in single player, they could give it other uses.
