Smooth Out Coal Ore: Trypophobia feeling :(

I was hoping the newest coal texture could be changed slightly as I think for many, including myself and friends, feel it almost sets off a trypophobia feeling with the coal looking like holes in the stone. To combat this, the texture could be more flat, and have a different and unique shape from other ores, to still accommodate colourblind people, just with less of a recession/concave coal texture.

  Maybe create a texture pack (like programmer art) that makes coal ore more flat?

  I totally agree as someone with this phobia. I don’t want to feel frightened every time I find coal.

  Glad I'm not the only one who’s trypophobia comes up when looking at the coal ore. I think it really could use it. I love using the default pack in game, but with the latest update, I can't look at coal in game without becoming nauseus.

  Yep. The coal makes me very uncomfortable to look at.

  Just adding that I have this problem, too.

  While switching to the old textures is an available option, it doesn't solve the problem that I pretty much can't watch anyone else play the game with the new ore textures comfortably anymore. I basically have to avoid any stream or video of others playing the game all the time now. It's rather frustrating.

  I just wanted to say that this makes the game non relaxing for me. I have severe trypophobia. I feel sick when I see coal now, especially when there's a large vein. I just bought a realm and playing makes me sick when i see the coal.
