Allow Amethyst Shards to be traded with Villagers

Amethyst Shards are currently not too useful, so I feel like they should be able to be traded with a villager for emeralds to give us a way to dispose of the large amounts of amethyst shards that we have.

  Yea you should be able to trade it with the cartographer villager cause they have maps which means that they explore sometimes ya know

  They're probably going to look at tweaking trading and loot with the final stages of the update when everything is set on stone
