You can only mine deepslate with a stone pickaxe or better

I feel that going this far down deserves needing to get something first, then be allowed to go down. I'm sure most people would already have a stone pickaxe, but it would be cool. Maybe even make the ores one pickaxe level more than regular stone.

    I think iron would be good, especially because you can't find it down there.

    It would make the Deep Caves more terrifying, which is always a good thing.
