Biome update

Add what was in the vote on minecon 2018-2019 (meerkats, ostriches, frogs, hawks and more) simple biomes like a forest, a flower biome so that there would be more decorations for the sake of the atmosphere ( for example, fallen trees in the bedrock edition in the forest) something like this. l also suggest adding mooblom because it will fit into the theme of the biome update and iceologer fits into the theme of the cliffs.
