Scuba helmets

You should be able to make a scuba helmet with copper than allows you to breath underwater for a certain time period, sort of like an early game conduit.  Maybe give it a way to fill it up with air by leaving it out underwater and than wearing it in water, have the durability meter be the indicator for how much air there is left

    what if it was an upgrade to the turtle helmet? Turtle Helmet + Copper?
