Wooly Cow spawns on cliffs to make the biome feel more unique and developed

- It would be a quick and simple way to make the cliffs feel more unique as the textures already exist and the AI would just be the same as cows.

- They would not drop leather but would drop wool, this is just to set them apart from cows. Should not drop both leather and wool as this would make regular sheep and cows pointless.

- It would be FAR more immersive and would just make the cliffs feel even more unique and complete.

-As iconic as regular livestock is it a lot of people would appreciate some variety, kind of like how people want different types of squid. It adds a lot by adding a little.

    I think, that the cows in the mountains can have a new texture that fits with the theme. Does it need to drop wool? I don't think so. Honestly I think it should just drop leather and have sheeps spawn also more often at mountains. So we will have mountain goats, new variant of cow and sheep spawn at mountains. And maybe the sheep should only be gray and white.

    There needs to be a generated structure with all of the mountain illagers too! (Iceologer too)
