using goat horns to make compound bows

Similar to how in history horn and bone were used to make more powerful bows, we should be able to use goat horns to make more powerful bows. 

The recipe would be in the same orientation as a normal bow, but the top and bottom sticks are replaced with goat horns.  

The compound/goat horn bow would deal more damage than the normal bow, have a slightly farther range, arrows shot from it would go slightly faster, and it would be much more durable.  

As a bonus, when the bow breaks you should get a 20% chance (for each horn used in the recipe) for a goat horn to drop as if you were able to reuse that piece.

  This would be great to craft with normal bows on the fletching table. We need more tiered bows & varied types of them for better range combat.

  This is a fantastic idea, but it belongs on the Fletching Table. Wat if you could give a goat horn to a Fletcher Villager and he could give you blueprints that can be used with a bow on the Fletching Table. Perhaps they simply reload and fire faster, like more modern bows.
