Below Y=0, Bat Dens can generate.
They can be a little bit bigger than amythest geodes, several bats would be resting on the roof, and in the center of each bat den there would be a new mini boss, the Bat Queen (around 3x3 blocks large). It could bite, inflict poison damage onto the player, and send normal bats to attack you if you are within its vicinity.
When you defeat a Bat Queen, it will drop a Bat Wing. Once you acquire a certain number of bat wings, you will be able to craft "Vings" (Placeholder name).
Vings would be equipped onto the chestplate slot alone just like how Elytras are and it would allow the player to perform an air jump, or double jump depending on what you wanna call it.
Implementing these features would, 1: Make the depths even more terrifying, 2: Make bats a bit more interesting, 3: Diversify the caves slightly more, 4: Provide the player with a new, fun movement ability while exploring and building, and 5: Add another wing type to the game to accompany the Elytra
