Legitimentaly obtaining bedrock in caves and cliffs update

The way you would obtain it would be using a unbreaking 3, efficiency 5, full durability netherite pickaxe and mining bedrock for one in game day and after mining it the pickaxe would break. To prevent falling into the void there would be barrier blocks under bedrock

    Bedrock is the barrier blocks, what would be the point of bedrock if it could just be broken?
