Deep dark touchup

To show that its's getting hotter and hotter,lava pools should be much more common in the deep dark and netherack should also generate at the very bottom of the deep dark to show that the nether in very close by.

  The Nether is a different dimension though so it has no connection with the overworld.

  I like the idea of the lava but the nether has been confirmed to be a completely different dimension to the over world
