Different colored fog in caves

In the nether update, there were 3 new biomes added. Each one has its own unique fog color.

I think it might be a cool idea to add this to the new caves as well. These would be great for the atmosphere while also helping the problem of some ores being too easy to find. By decreasing the eyesight ores will be harder to see.

  I would like fog also as a block.

  or just different visibility ranges dependent on biomes.

  i really miss the black fog and particles just above the bedrock layer. it was so ominous :)
