Basalt Deltas should not be a starting point in the nether

The Basalt Deltas is a unique biome and I really like it. However, I don't think it should be the starting point when exploring the nether. On the one hand, it is a really cool biome which I think should be kept in the game. On the other hand, I've never played a game where I enjoy starting off my nether adventure in the basalt biome. It's really annoying to explore this biome of death, especially early game. Therefore, I think that the first portal the player makes should go to a different biome and the nether generation should adapt to the first portal.

    Well there's supposed to be some randomization to where your portal spawns, I think. But it's happened to me and it's annoying, so I vote yes!
