Add Rocket Jumping to caves and cliffs

Now that the world height limit has increased, we need new way to traverse vertical landscapes. Rocket jumping like from Tf2 would address this need, while being a transport option that doesn't require a player to beat the ender dragon.

 

It would be hilariously fun to use the vertical air time to hit trick shots with a projectile launcher.

  Crossbow with fireworks loaded could be used as a launcher.

  we could just make a crossbow loaded with a firework rocket apply the same knockback as tnt so you would be able to rocket jump like in team fortress 2
