Extend Underwater Breathing Time

Seeing as there are a lot of awesome aquifers in the game now, you should have the ability to explore them. As it stands now, that isn't really the case because every 15 seconds, you have to be back at some kind of oxygen source, effectively giving you 7.5 seconds to swim into them (if there are no magma blocks, which there often aren't).

I wish for this time to be increased to at least 30 seconds, so that one can go exploring and mining in these mystical, dark waters.

  Aquifers are so much safer than normal caves, though, so I think having to deal with slower mining speeds and constant resurfacing is the big trade-off. Also, there are still counters to these trade-offs if you don't like them (Respiration or Water Breathing potions if you're low on bubbles, or Aqua Affinity to nullify the reduced mining speed).
