Copper rails

As we all know the rails will be water lockable after 1.17 and from my past experience I can say its gonna be hard considering that we'll no long be able to break rail from mineshaft with water bucket. So I'd say we use copper ingot to make a new item called copper rails which can be a counterpart to iron rails which can be water locked that will give copper more uses and still make us able to collect those rails from a mineshaft. We can add this to powered rails and detector rails as well.

I suggest that they should also be able to be powered and propel minecarts.

I suggest that they be slower than iron rails to reflect that fact that copper is far easier to obtain than iron.
