Not the same weather everywhere

I think weather can be spatially defined and not the same everywhere at the same time, with different probabilities depending on the biomes and the moment of the day. Foggy dawns, more frequent rain in jungles. Tornados in plains. Maybe if it is combined with some kind of a season cycle changing the colour of grass or tree leaves. The season would also modify the probability of a the weather events in each biome.
