Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Maybe this could be expanded upon, perhaps different arrow types could have different properties, like broad head arrows ignore armor , another kind of arrow could do no damage to players but activate target blocks etc. crossbows could only use bolts, making players have to decide between a bow and a crossbow, the recipe could be the same but with an iron nugget instead of flint

I think it should be more simple. The heavier the arrowhead the bigger the damage would be enough.

    • copper arrows deal (normal to 150%)dmg
    • iron arrows deal (130% to 200%)dmg
    • gold arrows deal (180% to 250%)dmg
    • netherite arrows deal (220% to 300%)dmg

I had been thinking of the same thing. I imagined them as amour-piercring arrows that have longer draw times but take reduced effects from amour and can go through or stun shields.

Copper arrowheads may well be used. Yes, the Copper Age did not last long, unlike the Bronze Age, but copper arrowheads are still found occasionally in historical collections.

People used to use Obsidian arrowheads in and before the Stone Age. They can shatter, but against skin or leather the cut like the glass they are. I really like the variety of arrowheads ideas, and I’ve wanted it for a while. Maybe Infinity could be of limited effect for the rare materials on a scale, with Netherite only getting something like 1 out of 5 arrows saved.
