Give support for newer updates on low end devices

Support for newer updates should be given to lower end devices, with a possible setting including simplified worlds to reduce lag, keeping an option of the newer terrain/cave generation as a default for newer devices. This should be a given choice, and if the user wants to play with newer features, then they should be able to, with an added risk of a drop in performance. I think that that when Mojang stopped updating lower-end devices it was very unfair, many people who cannot afford newer devices should still be able to play on the servers they love.
