Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Smooth stone should be polished stone

Currently, granite, andesite, and diorite can be crafted into a polished variant, and the new grimstone will be too. Yet regular stone can't. But what does it have? A smooth variant made by smelting.

I think the smooth variant should be crafted the same way as polished stones, and renamed to polished stone. It even matches existing polished stones visually!
