Overworld Quartz Ore Generation in "Deep Dark"

As the player travels further down toward the hot depths of the world, it would make sense for the currently Nether exclusive resource to start generating. There are already a few instances of biome specific ore generation rules, and adding quartz to the Deep Dark would give some reason to mine there rather than the safer biomes also generating in the high ore density regions y<0.

  I've always wanted to see overworld quartz ore! Maybe this is the update to see it!

  They could even make its mechanic different, like nether gold. Imagine quartz shards to create the quartz and then the block
