Opinions on 21w07 snapshot

I think the new noise caves are too rare compared to the old caves, and I think the change to make huge caves rarer wasn't a good decision. Also, I think the change to make aquifers rarer was also not very good, as my favourite part of the new caves was seeing water pools at different levels in huge caves, as it had a very mystical feel to it.

    The aquifers was undertstandable, the sound caves should be made more common (but a little less open)

    i agree when they have biomes they will look even samller

    The caves in 21w06 were soooooooo awesome, i could stay in the underground for hours.
    They're not bad in 21w07, but, the underground it's way less interesting, aaaaalmost as boring as it was before C&C. It's not exactly cool to search for only one or 2 large underground areas to have an adventure, and when your're done, it's over. The underground world in 21w06 is definitively a better exploration-adventure caller.
    I think that is possible to reach a balance between the great majestic caves and the normal-like underground.

    As a survival minecraft player who played the new snapshot, I disagree. It takes only a few hundred blocks mining at y=-16 to find amazing caves.

    In all the time I've played Minecraft (since 2012) Im really enjoying the last nether update and super exited for this one. Only input I have is I would personally like if you could make smaller caves more old school caves at higher levels that lead into the new massive and stunning caves. If not please at least make a tad more of the older style caves than the big new ones, makes the new ones feel even more special and grand. I understand if you don't , I am just one person who plays this with my own thoughts. Even if nothing changed I still love the update ,and it would take some massive change that I don't like to change my mind.

    I hope everyone working is doing well and I believe yall are taking Minecraft to new big places.
