official minecraft cape editor and upload system

Minecraft please could you make a official cape creator and upload system. HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED A CAPE FOR YOU SKIN, LOOK NO FUTHER.

if  Mojang could put this feature in the menu that allows you to import a cape like your skin, say goodbye to downloading weird stuff and hello official Minecraft cape creator and importer. this idea would help a lot of people that are trying to get a cape because it wouldn't make people get a virus. plus it would have a good effect on you guys, because so many people want capes and it also would give the players skins more character when playing. it would be add on but a feature in the menu?

    It should be great I don't understand why isn't available already because Cape are already added. if he create it I think it's just will like to a pixel art editor

    This would just make all capes not special you have to remember capes are supposed to be a rare thing that not everyone has. Adding this it would delete all the individuality of all capes as because anyone could just make their own copy.

    It will be better if they add cape upload ticket thing to upload capes and report cape system I guess

    Just use cosmetica if your on java
