Spyglasses should spawn in shipwrecks

Since it seems that shipwrecks are connected to pirates, at least as far as I know, it'd make the most sense to have spyglasses generate in shipwreck chests along side the usual shipwreck loot.

    I think that'd kind of ruin the point of amethyst, though. The only reason to get amethysts would then be Tinted Glass (I know telescopes aren't a big push in the first place, but it's better to wall them off with amethyst rather than handing telescopes out for free).
