Instead of 64 blocks, add 32 blocks up and 96 blocks down

The gained height in the underground makes such a bigger difference compared to raising terrain upwards! I think caves should be increased by another 32 blocks and the sky by only 32 blocks, because why not? You'd have so much more room for underground content and exploration.
