Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Mining helmet

The new caves are going to be a pain to light with torches and make them look ugly so why not allow copper to make a mining helmet it would allow players to see each other better and be a way to explore faster. Maybe make them take fuel to balance them and that would lead to really tense situations if you run out of whatever the fuel is. The recipe would copper plus a lantern or glowstone as a recipe. They would be low durability with as much armor value as leather. Also they aren't to "modern" for minecraft as we already have juke boxes and TNT.

    yeah i think that the helmet would give you something close to night vision potions but weaker or else it would make them useless
