Cave Chimes Audio Loop in Cave Biomes

In Minecraft Java, there are currently 4 unused audio loops in the game files, one of them being Cave Chimes. Maybe with the introduction of new cave biomes, why not reintroduce this unused audio loop and depending on the cave biome the player is currently in, the Cave Chimes audio loop could play while the player is exploring underground?

    cave chimes.ogg would be a perfect addition for the deep dark... maybe when you encounter the Warden?
