Glistening Ores

I feel like ores should sparkle kinda like the game terraria, I think the ore should sparkle from time to time to remind the player that the ore is there, this can help a lot with the cave generations. It can help people see where ores can be without night vision or turning up the tree gamma all the way to see ores. The way you can make it work will have pixel sheen a bit of light like red stone could shine red and iron can shine white/brown. This could be overpowered for finding diamonds and gold so you should add a rarity to them glistening like restone should sparkle the most often because it glows when you step on it or start to mine it then it should be iron and coal I know this doesn't make a lot of sense because diamond should glisten more but this is to balance the ores so you still have to work for finding diamond it can just help when they glisten from tint to time. This could also be nice for builders because the ore could lose the sparkle when it is mined and you can make it a glistening ore with the new ink Saks and the lighter they are around the more they sparkle or you could just have them still glisten from time to time even after you mine them.

  You could also have it so the more light in an area the more likely it is to sparkle or you need light in a like 30x30 area for it to sparkle.
