There should be attack cooldown for mobs

There should be attack cooldown for mobs that held items have attack cooldown

like if a zombie helding an iron sword it should attack every 1,6 sec like us or keep it the same speed but monsters do low damage like when we dont wait for the attack cooldown to finish

    YES! I cannot tell you how many times I died to piglin brutes in my speedruns because of how fast they attack!
