Twisting Hollow

New variant of Warped Forest, that doesn't actually contain any trees, but densely growing twisting vines and other of the warped vegetation.

This would give the impression of an above-ground field of seaweed, which is in keeping with the nature of the Warped Biome.

    I think there should be more variants of existing Nether biomes so I agree.
