Moss Should Muffle Footsteps

Moss and other softer blocks should muffle footsteps so that skulk sensors and warden can not detect you when on moss.

  Yes! It makes sense that a soft moss block would uniquely share this property with the wool block, like it also shares the ability to make carpets.
