waterfalls for the caves and cliffs update

I propose that the Mojang team add the waterfalls because almost all the update (what they showed us in the minecon) is dedicated to the caves while hardly anyone pays attention to the mountains so I think they should add the waterfalls. which should have a tree that grows diagonally like real life and its shoot grows horizontally

    I am sure that they will likely do this due to the fact that they can do two things now one they added localized water levels and two they can have biomes at certain height levels (added in 1.16)
