Spore blossoms will open or close when powered by redstone

Each time a spore blossom gets powered by redstone, it will toggle between opening and closing. Closed spore blossoms will droop and won't emit any particles.

  If they added a way to affect the color we could have toggleable particle effects in a single room. This would be incredible for puzzlemakers and certain kinds of builds.
