Icelogging

It would be a new mechanic based on waterlogging. Waterlogged blocks in cold biomes or under the Frost Walker spell would turn into icy blocks that would be treated as a full block. If we are dealing with a block like an icy chest, we must first destroy the ice to gain access. Destroyed ice turns into water, turning into waterlogging again.

    Oh, that would be really cool! Then, fences would freeze, and you could bury your chest in ice as well!

    I really like this idea
