Add caves to the end.

Make it so that the main island, and outer islands have caves with end-iron, like the nether-gold, so that people can get resources in the end, on the islands.

  Really not a bad idea--maybe not just on the main island but on the smaller ones too.

  Edit: Added it so it would spawn in the outer islands as well.
