Colbalt a new type of ore that is the same as redstone but doesnt connect to redstone It acts as redstone But foesnt connect to it it is great foe redstone builders

  I think this would overcomplicate things, plus for people that don't do restone, this is now just another ore that they'll never use. Best keep things simple!

  I think Mojang have specifically said on multiple occasions that they don't plan on adding a redstone alternative (suggestions like bluestone or copper wiring etc) any time soon
