Volcanos

There should be a random percent that a volcano would generate in the Minecraft world. A volcano update should have new types of blocks like Rhyolite, Pumice, And Tuff. Like a regular volcano, it should produce those rocks. There should also be a new block called hardened Lava. the color of this block should be blackish red, it should also give glowing light level about 3. it should be also textured with lava mixed with obsidian. The volcano itself should be a biome.

    Volcanoes would be cool, but they would have to not erupt. This is because one of the core principals of minecraft is that everything that happens to the player is the player’s fault. This is the reason for the lightning rod being added in 1.17.

    Maybe the volcano could be a sub-biome of the mountains. From the bottom, it would look like a normal mountain, although maybe with hardened lava or magma blocks at the very top. However, at the top there's a giant crater with a lava pool inside.
