Essentially these would be a way to help you along in the Deep Dark, as placing light sources creates sound but snowballs and arrows would distract The Warden. The arrows would emit a small amount of light (maybe level 6?) and light up blocks around them, while the snowballs would spread out some glow ink over a few blocks that sends out a very low amount of light (like level 2) for a minute or so. For the snowballs the crafting could be 4 snowballs + 1 glow ink = 4 glowballs, and for the arrows 1 arrow + 1 glow ink would make sense to me or maybe 2 spectral arrows + 1 glow ink for 2 glow arrows.
