Lumin caves

Inspired by systemzee there needs to be a cave biome in Minecraft for the glow squid with more rocks and mobs that glow with a new enchantment that you can only get with a new ore similar to lapis lazuli that is called lumineral that you put in the enchantment table just like the lapis lazuli that gives you a new enchantment called Luminescence that makes glow squid lead you to a lumin hive that has a new rock that lets you make a better shield
