Dog recall whistle

Imagine this, you’re travelling back home with your dog and it suddenly disappears (what a bummer). Then I got this item idea for you, being in the form of the dog recall whistle and it basically lets you call your dog to where ever you are if you ever loose it or if you ever want help fighting mobs. It could be made out of either copper or iron or could be found in through trading with wandering traders

  I was thinking of something very similar. And if it was possible for a dog whistle to have multiple functions, (a) sit all your dogs within a defined radius, (b) stand all your sitting dogs within a certain radius, and (c) recall your attacking or wandering dogs to your side without sitting them.
