Mojang Studios wants to warden to be an op nightmare that reminds players of their first Minecraft night. But I don't think it's right to have the warden one-shoting a player in full iron armour. So I think the warden should have 100 hp and do 16 damage. Here's the catch; the warden's attacks should pass through armour. Weapons should only do half a heart to the warden, but it'd be immune to anything but players and mobs and only take damage when hit in his core. loud noises nearby (eg. explosions) would stun him for one or two seconds. To stop players from building a few blocks up, the warden should be able to break blocks at the same range as a player. The warden isn't meant to be fought at all, he is meant to be avoided, so you can steal his loot.
