Thin Air on High Mountains

If the min/max world height for Minecraft is increased for higher mountains and deeper caves, do u guys think thin air could be a thing in the mountains? Like if u go too high u start slowly taking damage unless u have a potion or helmet enchantment?

  I don't think you should start taking damage immediately. You could get a negative status effect (including Nausea, Slowness, Fatigue ect.) when you climb high enough, but before you get hurt.

  Yeah, someone suggested nausea beforehand, or maybe like a new effect like lightheadedness where the corners of the screen start turning black?
